Cancellation Policy

For cancellations during the low season:

If the guest notifies the cancellation more than 30 (thirty) days in advance of the check in date, a fee of 15% (fifteen percent) of the value of the accommodation will be charged. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 (thirty) days from the check-in date, a fee of 25% (twenty-five percent) of the value of the accommodation will be charged. In case of No-Show there will be no refund of values.

For High Season cancellations:

If the guest notifies the cancellation more than 30 (thirty) days in advance of the check in date, a fee of 25% (twenty-five percent) of the value of the accommodation will be charged. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 (thirty) from the check in date, a fee of 50% (fifty percent) of the value of the accommodation will be charged. In case of No-Show there will be no refund of values.

For cancellations of New Year's and Carnival Packages:

If the guest notifies the withdrawal more than 30 (thirty) days in advance of the check in date, a fee of 25% (twenty-five percent) of the value of the accommodation will be charged. If the reservation is canceled within 10 to 30 days prior to the check in date, a fee of 50% (fifty percent) of the value of the accommodation will be charged. In case of No-Show or cancellation with less than 10 days there will be no refund of values.

Cancellation policy for reservations during the pandemic period (Covid19):

For cancellation of accommodation within the pandemic period, the amount already paid in advance will be reversed in a letter of credit, which can be used within 12 (twelve) months, counting from the end of the pandemic, there will be no refund of fees nor charges . The deadline for rescheduling or issuing the letter of credit is up to 07 (seven) days prior to the check in date. In case of cancellation with less than 7 (seven) days, a fee of 10% of the value of the accommodation will be charged and the balance reversed in a letter of credit.
