Payment Policy

All reservations must be paid in advance 50% on booking confirmation 50% up to the 10th day before the check-in date.

Reservations with less than 30 days of entry, full payment.

Política de Cancelamento

Cancellation requests must be made via email reservas@pousadaouteiro.com.br

  • Up to 30 days before check-in, the amount paid will be reversed in a letter of credit, for a future stay, for a period of 12 months from the date of cancellation.
  • From 07 to 30 days before check-in, 30% of the amount paid will be deducted, the remaining balance will be reversed in a letter of credit for a future stay, for a period of 12 months from the date of cancellation.
  • Cancellations made less than 07 days before the check-in date will not be refunded. New Year’s Eve and Carnival cancellations, 70% of the amount paid will be deducted, the balance will be reversed in a letter of credit for a future stay, for a period of 12 months from the date of cancellation
  • The holder of the reservation may arrange for his replacement by another person in charge, under the same conditions, on the same date.
  • In cases where the guest does not show up, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • If there is a delay in arrival or anticipation of the departure date, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
